Construction: The machine consists ofthe following

Slow Speed Agitator: A SS 316shaft installed in a steel housing complete with taper roller bearings, oilseals and lubricating points fitted with a Butterfly blade agitator in SS 304construction. The agitator is provided with Teflon scrappers to scrape the sidewall of the container. Clearance of blade from side walls and bottom of thecontainer is restricted to 3 mm. The RPM of the shaft runs at slow 120 RPM. 

High Speed Agitator: A SS 304 shaftinstalled in a steel housing complete with taper roller bearings, oil seals andlubricating points fitted with a Cowless Disperser blade agitator in SS 304construction. The RPM of the shaft can be varied from 0-1500 RPM by theinverter provided. A 5 HP TEFC motor drives the shaft via a set of V belts andpulleys. The motor is of 415 V, 3 PH, 50 HZ

Vessel: A vessel of  suitable capacity  for vacuum operation isprovided. The vessel is fitted with a mild steel jacket for cooling/heating.The jacket is provided with inlet, outlet and drain fittings. 4 nos castorwheels are fitted on the bottom of the vessel. A 75-mm Dia SS 304 valve isfitted at the bottom and side for discharge. The Vessel is provided with amachined vacuum cover complete with vacuum gasket made from special polymer.The cover is provided with light and sight glass, charging manhole-hinged cover,vacuum inlet, vacuum release and special seal housing for allowing lifting andlowering of the slow speed shaft. The container is duly machined and suitablefor discharge from a bale out press.

Lifting and lowering: Theentire drive head is lifted and lowered by means of a hydraulic cylinderinstalled in a sturdy steel column. The cylinder is protected by a rubberbellow during lifting and lowering. A power pack unit complete with oil tank,solenoid valves, pressure gauge, direction control valves, Pipelinesand hosesare provided with the system.

Vessel Locking Device: Two nos positive locking arms are provided and mounted on the column. The arms areself centering and manually operated by a handwheel. The vessel is providedwith a guide pin for centering the vessel. A safety switch is provided toensure vessel in position.

Electric Panel: A sheet metalpanel complete with starters, safety features, cut outs, contactors all pre wiredwill be provided for the following operations. Main and motor on off,lifting motor on off, speed indicator, mainson, ammeters for all motors and incoming voltage indicator. The panel is nonflame proof and is to be installed in a safe area. Flameproof cable is to beprovided upto all FLP pushbutton stations which are fitted next to the machine.The panel is duly powder coated.
